Fitness Centre Information
The Fitness Centre has elliptical trainers, stairmasters, bikes, an Arc trainer and a rowing machine. It is equipped with strength machines, squat rack, chin-up/dip assist machine, dual cable pulley system, leg press, and adjustable bench. Also there are free weights, fitness accessories, and a stretching area.
FITNESS CENTRE SESSIONS
As of February 18, 2022, our Fitness Centre is open with regular hours and no need to book a space in advance.
Please check the hours before coming to the centre.
FITNESS CENTRE HOURS
- Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM
FITNESS CENTRE CONSULTATIONS
Take advantage of free fitness consultations. Free with drop in admission or included with your pass. Call the front desk to book up to 3 sessions with our highly trained Fitness Centre Workers. In your first session learn how to use the equipment, get a personalized fitness program and receive a card to track your progress. At your next session, staff will monitor your technique and answer questions. Book a third session for additional support or motivation.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Improve your health and wellness with support from our qualified and experienced personal trainers, who will work with you to develop a customized fitness plan designed to meet your fitness goals and fit your busy schedule. Whether you are a beginner, overcoming a plateau, rehabilitating from an injury or looking for sport-specific workouts, our trainers will motivate you in each one hour session.
